Description:

The DNA KB ladder is suitable for sizing double-stranded DNA from 0.1 kb to 4 kb. The DNA KB ladder is consisted of the following 13 fragments: 0.1 kb,0.2 kb,0.3 kb,0.4 kb,0.5 kb,0.6 kb, 0.7 kb,0.8 kb,0.9 kb,1 kb,2 kb,3 kb and 4 kb. The double stranded ladder can be visualized on 1% to 2% agarose gels after ethidium bromide staining.

Concentration:

Supplied 500 ug of Marker. For use, add 100 ul of 6X DNA loading buffer.

Recommended Loading Volume:

20ul (or 5 ul/mm width of gel well) with 3ul of 6X DNA loading buffer

Storage: -20°C.

Quality Control: Incubation of 5 ul of the DNA KB Ladder in restriction

enzyme buffer overnight at 37°C shows absence of visible degradation.
